It's hard to beat the taste of tandoori chicken cooked fresh from an open fire. Here's a quick and easy way to serve up a healthier version of a classic Indian dish. Incredibly macro friendly yet packed with taste - high protein, low carb and low fat.

Ingredients:

350g Turkey stir fry (turkey breast sliced into cubes)

200g Fromage Frais

4 tbsp Tandoori Masala powder

1 tbsp smoked paprika

Requires skewers, wooden or metal.

Method:

01. Pour the fromage frais into a large bowl and add the tandoori masala and smoked paprika, mix together until thoroughly combined into a smooth texture (ensure no lumps of the powder remain).

02. Add the turkey cubes into the bowl and begin to fold the mixture so that each piece of meat is covered.

03. If using wooden skewers, soak in water to guard against burning during cooking. Take individual turkey pieces and begin to pierce them onto the skewers.

03. Light the stove, spray some light oil and allow a frying pan to heat. Place the skewers down on one side and cook until a crisp edge begins to form; keep an eye out before the yogurt starts to burn. Flip the skewers over and repeat.

Serve with a dollop of fresh fromage frais on the side and season wth more paprika for a bright colour. This can similarly be done on the barbeque for a smokier flavour and summer feel.
